Yesterday was On The Mic’s Agency Showcase where our cohort performed (via zoom) for voice over agencies around Canada. I really felt great about my performance and i’m just overall proud of what i’ve accomplished at On The Mic and with voice over thus far! I was super excited to see the other day now I am officially on the “Behind The Voice Actor’s” website! https://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/Jennifer-Tiles/ (honestly, my 13 year old self would be sort of super giggly at that thought!) It’s been a long journey and I am so happy i’ve been able to invest in my performance and education as well as have the essential support needed to enter into this field of work. My journey is far from over, even though i’ve been a professional voice actor since 2016, I feel like my journey is just beginning….
For my audition, one of the sides I performed was one of my favourite female soldiers, the one and only, Sarah Conner. I took no prisoners, except for Miles Dyson. 🙂
